To Register Multiple Attendees with a Single Credit Card
Fax the list of attendee names, with their email addresses, to 248-427-1968, with identification of the event. Identify the key contact person & email address for an invoice.
The key contact person will be sent an invoice from the PayPal system for MWTA. Payment from the invoice instructions can be made on a single credit card as one transaction. The key contact person will be emailed the registration confirmations & receipt documentation.

Refund Policy/Cancellations
Once you register for an event, you must pay for your attendance unless you make an advance cancellation 7 days prior to the event date. If you need to make a cancellation, please send an email message to mwtacpe@gmail.com You may request a refund (if more than 7 days prior to the event) or you may offer a substitute to take your place.
