Join Baker Tilly Partners Christopher Braun and Tina Milligan as they examine the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010. The seminar will cover the new Medicare tax rules on investment income, which have been instituted by the new health care laws enacted in 2010, and how they will affect certain taxpayers. Planning suggestions to help you minimize such taxes will also be discussed.
